It also includes probiotics, Vitamin C, amino acids, and BioPerine® to support gut health and enhance iron utilization.

Ingredients:
VItamin C (from Organic Acerola) (Malpighia glabra L.) Fruit Extract, Iron (as Iron Bisglycinate Chelate), L-Methionine, L-Threonine, Bioperine® Black Pepper, Probiotic Blend (2 Bil CFU*)

Other Ingredients: Hypromellose (Vegetable Capsule), Vegetable Cellulose, Organic Bamboo Extract, Coconut MCT Oil, Acacia Fiber

Directions:
Take 2 capsules daily. Store in a cool, dry place.

We recommend taking two hours after breakfast on an empty stomach for optimal absorption if it doesn’t cause any form of upset stomach.
