Please note that cancelations and returns that are requested after your order has been shipped are possible only for unopened products. Shipping in non-refundable. Shipping cost for a retuned item is at the customers expense.

Goodie Vibes does not provide insurance for shipments and is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misdirected packages. Once your order leaves our facility and is in the possession of the carrier, any issues regarding delivery should be directed to the carrier. We recommend contacting the carrier directly for assistance with tracking and resolving any missing shipment inquiries.
